Kia’s fourth model in its ‘EV’-branded electric line-up, the EV3, is also the most affordable in its Air Standard Range guise we have on test here. Kicking off from $47,600 list, the EV3 scales up through four variants to the flagship GT-Line at $63,950. But it’s the base Air where the EV3 is perhaps at its most impressive, loading in the same 150kW and 283Nm powertrain, same safety and mostly the same interior tech as its pricier model mates. It does fit a modest 58.3kWh battery, but the entry version still boasts over 400kms of usable range.
